BREATHING

When you are feeling anxious it can really help if you remember to breath. I might sound crazy, because we’re always breathing, right?

During stress and anxiety we should “Take a deep breath.”

1)Breath in for three counts

2) Breath out for three counts

3) Breath in for three counts

And so on!

Deep breathing does wonders. It creates balance and reduces  the excess amount of stress hormones, adrenaline and cortisol!!!!

As a result Parasympathetic Nervous system is activated and we can combat the stressor more effectively.
