To maintain healthy and balanced relationships start making a gratitude list

1)Remind yourself on daily basis that how do you tend to think negatively about your friend, spouse or family member.

2) Notice the positive in your partner, friends or relatives action.

3)With practice and perseverance, you'll get hang of it.

4)Take back every evening to think back on the events of the day.   

5)List at least one way your partner/friend or family member contributed, even in a minor way, to your physical and psychological well-being.

6) Aware yourself of how you are grateful to have them in your life. 

The above mentioned activity will trigger happy hormones in your body and enhance your emotional and mental health.
